Job Description:

As part of large-scale industrial projects, we are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to ensure the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company’s HSE policies on site, ensuring team safety, and preventing all types of work-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations comply with current HSE legislation and company policies.
• Monitor daily site safety conditions and propose corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
• Organize and lead HSE awareness and training sessions for employees.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare incident/observation reports, and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of prevention plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE best practices at all stages of the project.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to emergency procedures.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in a relevant field such as Environment, Safety, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale industrial projects.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Possession of HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is considered a strong asset.
• Strong ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and proven leadership on the field.
